Blessing is an award-winning Certified PROSCI® Change Practitioner and ACMP Master Change Management Professional (MCMP™), one of the few globally recognised Master practitioners under the Association of Change Management Professionals. With over 14 years of experience, she helps organisations navigate complex transformation by building workforce adaptability, strengthening change leadership and future-proofing business strategy.

Her work spans industries including telecommunications, financial services, mining, and healthcare, where she leads high-impact transformation initiatives that enable organisations to embrace innovation and manage disruption effectively. Blessing is also serving as a board member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Southern Africa Chapter.
